It's not that we don't LOVE subzero temperatures and inches and inches of snow.... No, of course not! We just needed a little fun in the sun that's all. So for the sake of SANITY we logged onto the internet and went cruise surfing.

After hours and hours of bargain shopping, we found Celebrity's The Mercury. Celebrity is known for gourmet FOOD and they just happened to have a suite still available (so much for bargain shopping :). But with visions of a king sized bed, jacuzzi tub, a large veranda and a BUTLER dancing in our minds, it didn't take us long to book and start packing.

The bottom line... The trip was WONDERFUL. Our cabin was large and comfortable, the ship was great, the food lived up to Celebrity's reputation, the weather was nearly perfect and we had fun being together in paradise.
